This is EVERYTHING

I have gotten a number of sweet notes and presents from patients over the years.  Only some of them were from patients who were trying to butter me up to give them narcotics. 
This one, which I received yesterday, is EVERYTHING. 

This sweet patient is one of my very favorites.  She is an adult, and has some delays, so her handwriting is just precious.
