Two Bouquets in One Day

Got this one, freshly picked from a 4 year old patient:

I went to get the cup and water to put it in, and I was honestly thinking to myself, "Best Bouquet Ever!" when one of the front desk gals came up behind me and said, "Dr. Hanna, these are for you."  I turned around, and she was holding this:

Pretty sweet.
